Exchange, Refund & Warranty Policy

At Analog The Room, all cameras and equipment are carefully inspected and tested before sale. As most of our items are pre-owned or vintage, normal signs of use and age should be expected.

1. Exchange Period
• Items may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase.
• The item must be returned in the same condition as sold, with all included accessories.
• Exchange is subject to stock availability.
• Exchanges are issued as store credit or replacement item.

2. Refund Policy
• Refunds are not provided on second-hand or vintage equipment.
• In exceptional cases approved by management, refunds may be issued within 48 hours of purchase if the item is proven to have a major functional defect not disclosed at the time of sale.

3. Warranty Period
• Cameras and lenses include a 14-day limited functional warranty from the date of purchase.
• The warranty covers major mechanical or electronic failure that prevents normal use.

4. Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:
• Cosmetic wear or signs of age
• Light meter accuracy variations in vintage cameras
• Dust inside lenses or viewfinders
• Battery life or consumables
• Damage caused by misuse, impact, liquid, or improper storage
• Film-related results (exposure, scanning, lab results, etc.)

5. Repairs During Warranty
• If a covered issue occurs within the warranty period, Analog The Room may choose to:
• Repair the item
• Replace the item
• Issue store credit
